Good evening to all the team of PersonnAide,

I am very happy that your organisation is present to help the persons in loss of autonomy. I knew your existence at the beginning of February, 2011. My daughter benefits from several hours of presence on behalf of your team. I am really proud to say it loud and clear how much I appreciate the quality of the companions who come from PersonnAide. What comforts me largely, is the safety brought to my daughter, to me and to all the family. The anxiety is so far decreased in the fact that I do not have to wonder if there will be somebody in the morning with my daughter. It's the same for her spouse and the family.

My daughter loves the persons who spend the day with her. In spite of her disease, pleasant memories remain after the visits. Everything takes place in the respect and with a really personalized attention. It is with pleasure and ease that I speak to the employees. I admire them with all my heart. My daughter is important for them and that it is pretty clear in her good mood with the personnel. These ladies knew how to adapt themselves very quickly to the needs of my daughter. They are very attentive to her reactions and to her limits.

I also want to thank you for the great care and special attention that you gave to my little sister. Due to the bath giver’s vigilance, an infection was quickly detected and mentioned to her social worker.

Because of this, we quickly changed care facility, since the current one was no longer adequate for the complexity of the situation.

This letter describes the reasons why the PersonnAide Foundation is a valuable service and an extraordinary support.

We have been using this organisation’s accompaniment services for almost five years. At an initial meeting, needs were assessed based on our requirements and our parent’s personality.

It is with great attention to detail and concern for satisfaction that care services to be provided are outlined. Follow up is done on a regular basis which keeps the family updated on the situation.

The most impressive aspect is how quickly we get service. Whether it is for an emergency situation or to simply change the schedule, our requests are taken seriously and we can even ask the impossible.

Staff members are introduced in a respectful way. If, for one reason or another, a situation occurs where arrangements are not amenable, we can easily discuss it in order to make the necessary changes. They are very pleasant people with a lot of empathy.
